Job Summary:

Paytm is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Field Executives to join our Service Department across various locations in Madhya Pradesh. This is a service-oriented role, not a sales position. You will visit merchants and help resolve product-related issues while ensuring smooth usage of Paytm services and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Support Tasks:

• Visit customers for servicing of Paytm device

• Replace faulty Soundbox / QR Code.

• Replace non-working EDC (Card Swipe) machines.

• Assist customers in activating and using Paytm services.

• Reactivate services for old or inactive Paytm users (win-back).

2. Cross-Selling & Onboarding:

• Educate merchants about:

• Gold SIP

• Loan and Insurance products

• Conduct Welcome Visits for newly onboarded loan merchants.

Daily Target:

• Complete 10+ tasks per day, combining both service and cross-sell activities.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹21,000 CTC

• ₹16,500 In-Hand Salary

• Additional Incentives based on task performance

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Must own a Smartphone

• Must have a Bike and a Valid Driving License
