Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Female) – Admissions

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Field Sales Executive (Female) to promote our admission services. The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools, colleges, and other locations to generate leads and assist students with the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools, coaching centers, and nearby areas to promote admissions

• Generate and follow up on leads

• Guide students and parents about courses and admission procedures

• Meet daily/weekly sales targets

• Maintain records of visits and leads

• Participate in events, seminars, and campaigns for admissions

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling locally

• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing

• Positive attitude and target-driven approach

Experience:

• Fresher or 0–2 years of sales experience

Salary:

• Fixed salary + incentives (based on performance)

Location:

• Gurgaon, Sector 45
