Job Title: Corporate Sales & Strategic Alliances – Fintech

Experience Required:

2–3 Years (Fintech / Payments / SaaS / B2B Sales Preferred)

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, result-driven Corporate Sales to drive enterprise sales in the fintech/payments ecosystem. The role involves a strong focus on new business acquisition (Hunter mindset) along with managing and growing strategic corporate alliances.

The candidate will be responsible for onboarding enterprise clients, driving adoption of digital payment solutions (SaaS platforms, Prepaid Cards, Brand Vouchers, Physical Merchandising), and building long-term revenue-generating partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Sales & Business Development (70% – Hunter Role)

  • Identify and acquire high-value B2B / enterprise clients across corporates, retail chains, and institutional segments.

  • Drive consultative, solution-led selling of fintech/payment products (SaaS Platforms / Prepaid Cards / Gift Vouchers / Physical Merchandising).

  • Engage with key stakeholders including CFOs, CHROs, Procurement Heads, and Business Leaders.

  • Manage complete sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, product demos, commercial negotiation, and closure.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, GTV, and acquisition targets.

  • Maintain strong sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools.


3. Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain CXO-level relationships for long-term strategic growth.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration.

  • Negotiate commercials, SLAs, and deal-based P&L structures.

  • Track KPIs including revenue, transaction volumes, merchant activation, and partnership performance.


Required Skills & Competencies

Domain Expertise

  • Strong understanding of Fintech, Digital Payments, SaaS Platforms / Prepaid Cards / Gift Vouchers / Physical Merchandising.

  • Exposure to B2B/Enterprise sales in high-growth environments.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Proven hunter mindset with ability to close complex enterprise deals.

  • Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in consultative / solution selling approach.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking

  • Ability to work on revenue models, deal economics, and financial analysis.

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Ability to identify market white spaces and growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Enterprise Sales.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
