Business Development Officer

Industry: Architectural Consultancy

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads for industrial and commercial architectural projects.

• Identify potential clients, developers, industries, and contractors.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with design teams.

• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into projects.

• Maintain project pipeline and business development reports.

• Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects.

Qualification & Skills:

• Graduate in Business/Marketing/Architecture/Civil Engineering preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in business development, construction, or architectural consultancy.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

• Knowledge of industrial and commercial project markets.
