Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Sector 153, Noida Experience: 1–2 Years Salary: n20,000 – n45,000/month Job Description We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of experience in the Civil Construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills and be capable of generating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business leads and identify potential clients. • Meet builders, contractors, architects, and corporate clients. • Build and maintain client relationships. • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution. • Achieve monthly business targets. Requirements • 1–2 years of BDE experience in the Civil Construction industry. • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently. • Basic MS Office knowledge.
