📌 Key Responsibilities
Generate and handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand clients’ property requirements and suggest suitable projects.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.
Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and site visits in the CRM.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
Candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of Noida/Greater Noida real estate market will be an advantage.
