🚀 Hiring: Senior Sales Manager – AV Project Sales (End Customer)


Location: Mumbai / Pan India

Experience: 5–8 Years

Industry: Professional Audio Visual (Pro-AV)


Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with strong experience in end-customer AV project sales. The role involves business development, client handling, solution selling, and closing AV integration projects across corporate, government, PSU, education, and enterprise segments.


Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-customer AV project sales

• Handle client meetings, presentations & site surveys

• Coordinate with presales for BOQ & solution design

• Manage tenders/RFPs/GeM opportunities

• Close deals and manage handover to execution team


Requirements:

• 8–15 years in AV / IT / ELV project sales

• Strong knowledge of Pro-AV solutions (VC, LED walls, boardrooms, auditoriums)

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills

• Proven track record in closing project business
