Job Location:
Mumbai region including Bhiwandi, Mumbai South, Sativali, Vadape, Vashi  and various other locations (local travel involved)

Candidate placed to nearest Branch

Experience Required:

• MBA/Non-MBA: 2+

• Experience in B2B  logistics sales & marketing

• Exposure to Surface, Air (International), Rail, or C2C logistics preferred

Key Details

·         Travel: Regular local travel within Mumbai; occasional regional office travel as required

·         Salary: ₹4 lakh – ₹6 lakh CTC per annum

·         Targets / KPIs: Monthly and quarterly targets aligned with revenue, client acquisition, and business growth metrics. KPIs will be defined during onboarding.

·         Reporting: Reports to Controlling Manager & Regional Head

·         Work Schedule: 6 days a week; 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible based on business needs)

·         Tools & Support: ERP system access, marketing/lead generation support, operations and backend support for closures and documentation

·         Career Growth: Performance-based growth opportunities toward senior management and regional leadership positions
