We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the Facility Management Industry. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge and proven experience in generating business across multiple sectors.
Key Requirements:
1. Excellent knowledge of Residential AOA/Societies, Schools, Factories, Hotels, and Corporate Offices.
2. Strong skills in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
3. Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
4. Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, site visits, and presentations.
5. Good communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
