Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager / Team Lead to drive sales performance and lead a dynamic team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and a confident, well-groomed personality with a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives

• Drive team targets and ensure consistent performance

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Handle key clients and close premium deals

• Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance reports

• Conduct training and motivation sessions for team members

• Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA preferred)

• 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales

• Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Presentable personality with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

• Target-driven and result-oriented

Salary:
₹40,000 – ₹6,000 per month + Incentives (Negotiable based on experience)

Working Days:
6 Days a Week
