We are looking for a Fashion Merchandiser to join our team at MANAV MANAGEMENT GROUP to design garments and collections as per market trends and brand identity. This creative role requires planning, developing and creating new designs manually or using a computer. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and an opportunity to work on innovative fashion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience & Skills required:

   Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, or a related field

   1-5 years of experience in production merchandising, preferably in ethnic wear or fashion retail

   Strong understanding of garment production processes and supply chain management

   Experience in vendor management and sourcing

   Good negotiation and communication skills

   Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple orders simultaneously

   Proficiency in MS Excel and production tracking tools

  Qualification: Any Graduate

  Roles & Responsibilities:

   Garment merchandising and production follow-ups.

   Preparing and maintaining BOM sheets.

   Fabric and raw material knowledge.

   Coordination with vendors, sampling, and production teams.

   Strong follow-up skills and good communication..

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Strong knowledge of fabrics, design software (like Illustrator) and creativity is essential. Besides this, skills like Embroidery, Stitching, CAD (Optional) are also important.
