Job Summary:

MapleCloud Technologies is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to assist in managing and growing our digital presence across social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn hands-on social media marketing in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content (posts, captions, reels, stories) for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X

• Schedule and publish content as per the social media calendar

• Monitor comments, messages, and actively engage with the audience

• Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity

• Assist in client outreach and lead generation through social media platforms

• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions)

• Coordinate with the design and marketing team for content execution

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or related fields

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is an added advantage

• Willingness to learn and work onsite from Noida Sector 63
