SEO Executive

Job Description:

Flexsin Technologies is hiring for a motivated Digital Marketing & SEO Trainee / freshers to join our digital marketing team. The trainee / fresher will receive hands-on training in SEO, social media marketing, content optimization, and performance marketing while working on real-time projects.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & SEO:

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

Manage and support social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Help create and schedule content (posts, blogs, creatives)

Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports

Support email marketing and lead-generation activities

Perform keyword research using SEO tools

Assist in on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking)

Support off-page SEO activities (backlinks, directory submissions)

Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console

Conduct basic competitor and SEO audits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts

Knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page & off-page)

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs (preferred)

Good written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Digital Marketing or SEO

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress

Understanding of paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus
