Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive (Video & Content Focus)

We are seeking a high-energy, creative Social Media Marketing Executive to lead video content production and brand virality at TaxLegit. In this role, you will be the face and voice behind our short-form video strategy, turning complex legal, tax, and business topics into engaging, viral, and easily digestible content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, script, film, and host engaging short-form video content to drive organic viral reach.

• Edit fast-paced, trending video clips using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve with captivating captions, hooks, and audio.

• Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats, audio tracks, and platform algorithms to maximize organic engagement.

• Manage end-to-end publishing schedules across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Collaborate with in-house subject experts (CA/CS/Lawyers) to translate technical tax and compliance updates into simplified, relatable video scripts.

• Monitor organic performance metrics (views, shares, audience retention, reach) and continuously optimize content hooks for higher virality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience Range: 1–3 years of experience in video creation, social media content production, or working as a creator.

• Strong camera presence and confidence in presenting/hosting videos on-camera.

• Advanced proficiency in mobile and desktop video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva).

• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, viral content hooks, and audience psychology.
