We are a growing contracting firm based in Pune, specializing in both small-scale government infrastructure tenders. Now focusing on the private sector (Builders/B2B and B2C)

We're currently expanding our team and looking for a Social Media Executive to manage hyper-local lead generation.

Responsibilities

Create engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Design graphics using Canva.
Create short videos and Reels.
Write attractive captions in English and Marathi.
Plan a monthly content calendar.
Reply to comments and messages.
Increase followers and engagement organically.
Basic Meta Ads management (preferred).
Track monthly performance and submit reports.

· Conduct market research, develop targeted lead generation campaigns, and monitor analytics to measure campaign success.

· Collaborate with the Owner to align social media efforts with business goals.

· Create Company Profile

· Content Reseach
