About the Role

Global Indian Business Forum (GIBF) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital marketing activities, strengthen the organization’s online presence, generate quality leads, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media management, lead generation, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, content planning, and digital analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

• Manage Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns.

• Develop and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Plan and coordinate social media content, promotions, and digital campaigns.

• Create audience segments, retargeting campaigns, and digital marketing strategies.

• Generate and optimize quality leads through digital marketing channels.

• Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, reach, engagement, and ROI.

• Conduct competitor, audience, and market research.

• Prepare regular digital marketing and campaign performance reports.

• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign execution.

• Maintain consistent GIBF branding across all digital platforms.

• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends to improve online visibility and engagement.

• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and lead conversion.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.

• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Experience in social media management and digital campaign execution.

• Good understanding of Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing.

• Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.

• Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and performance metrics.

• Knowledge of Canva and basic creative/content tools.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

• Candidates with relevant experience and a strong portfolio will be preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, Paid Advertising, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, B2B Marketing, or Digital Campaign Management will be preferred.
