Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and target-driven Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified business leads, executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, improving online visibility, and contributing to overall brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• Generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads through digital platforms.

• Identify prospective clients using LinkedIn, Google, databases, and online research.

• Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion.

• Maintain CRM and lead databases with accurate information.

• Track and report lead generation performance and conversion metrics.

Digital Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.

• Manage company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.

• Create engaging content, promotional posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

• Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

• Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other digital tools.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with the design and content teams for branding initiatives.
