Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, camera-confident, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, short-form video editing, and on-camera presentation. If you understand viral content, storytelling, and audience engagement across platforms, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and execute social media content strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

• Plan and create engaging reels, short videos, stories, and static creatives.

• Shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, and other video editing software.

• Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera for brand videos, tutorials, trends, and promotional content.

• Write compelling captions, hooks, and social media copy in both English and Hindi.

• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, memes, and platform algorithms.

• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for campaigns and content calendars.

• Monitor engagement, audience insights, and performance metrics to optimize content.

• Assist in influencer collaborations, community management, and audience interaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation.

• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other video editing tools/software.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

• Confident personality with strong on-camera presence.

• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending social media formats.

• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual aesthetics.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge or experience with SC (Snapchat/Social Commerce/Script Creation — depending on your requirement).

• Basic photography and lighting knowledge.

• Experience with influencer marketing and social media analytics.

• Understanding of branding and content strategy.
