Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive (Meta Ads Expert) to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign setup, audience targeting, performance optimization, and lead generation to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.
Develop campaign strategies for Lead Generation, Sales, Website Traffic, and Brand Awareness.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
Conduct audience research, create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
Perform A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience segments.
Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives and videos.
Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Events Manager for accurate tracking.
Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, trends, and algorithm changes.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with expertise in Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
Knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
