The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing the company's digital marketing and social media strategy across all spa, wellness, and hospitality brands managed by R3 Naturals Pvt Ltd. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, generating leads, supporting revenue growth, and maintaining a strong online presence through innovative content, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. The Social Media Marketing Manager will work closely with hotel teams, spa managers, designers, and the R3 Head Office to ensure consistent brand communication and effective digital marketing execution across all locations.

Updated Key Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Brand Management, or Hospitality Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and digital marketing platforms.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Excellent content writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Knowledge of social media trends, influencer marketing, and content strategies.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other creative tools is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
