Key responsiblities...

• Manage products on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, and the company website.

• Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and keywords.

• Manage daily orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.

• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team to ensure timely order processing.

• Update product pricing, offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns.

• Monitor marketplace sales, product rankings, reviews, and ratings.

• Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online promotions and sales campaigns.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.

• Identify sales opportunities and recommend strategies to improve online revenue.

• Ensure product content and marketplace information remain accurate and updated.

• Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.

• Monitor competitors, pricing, offers, and product visibility.

• Maintain proper records of orders, sales, returns, inventory, and marketplace expenses.
