We’re at an exciting stage of growth and seek someone who genuinely understands how to build a brand the right way. We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to take ownership of our online presence, tell our brand story, and drive engagement across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies across X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Content Creation: Conceptualize, write, produce and post high-quality, engaging content (graphics, short-form video, copy) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.

• Community Engagement: Manage daily interactions, monitor online conversations, respond to inquiries, and build an active online community.

• Analytics & Performance: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion), deliver regular performance reports, and optimize strategy based on data.

• Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and other teamplayers to launch integrated product releases and brand campaigns.

• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm updates, platform features, and industry news to keep Fortify ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy (E-commerce retail fashion experience preferred).

• Skills: Proven track record of growing social channels and executing multi-platform campaigns.

• Tools: Proficiency with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.

• Creative Eye: Strong copywriting skills and working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma etc).

• Mindset: Self-starter with excellent time management, creative problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
