We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to boost our organic reach across traditional and AI-driven search engines, as well as manage high-converting Google Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO & Content Optimization: Plan and execute end-to-end On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic for tax and compliance services.

• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Optimize site structure, semantic content, and authority signals to ensure TaxLegit is cited in AI search engines (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Claude).

• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Structure content, FAQs, and schema markups to capture Google Featured Snippets, Voice Search, and Direct Answer boxes.

• Google Ads Management: Plan, set up, and optimize Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns on Google Ads to generate qualified leads within budget.

• Keyword & Competitor Analysis: Conduct deep keyword research targeting high-intent tax, legal, and business keywords while monitoring competitor performance.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor traffic, conversions, CAC, and rankings using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush); provide actionable weekly insights.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-up experience in SEO, GEO, AEO, and performance marketing (Google Ads).

• Core Skills: Proficiency in technical SEO audits, schema markup (JSON-LD), semantic search optimization, and Google Ads strategy.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset to track KPIs, CTRs, conversion rates, and ROI.

• Bonus: Prior experience driving organic traffic and leads in financial, legal, or B2B consultancy sectors.
