About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Sector 132, Noida.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, social media marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Candidates with prior experience in the real estate industry and a proven track record of generating property leads will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.

• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

• Generate and optimize high-quality property leads while maintaining targeted CPL.

• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, ROI, and lead quality.

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Coordinate with designers, video editors, content teams, sales teams, and external agencies.

• Analyze competitors, target audiences, market trends, and campaign insights.

• Track leads through CRM and coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit and lead-to-booking conversions.

• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.

• Support SEO, website optimization, remarketing, email marketing, and other digital initiatives.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly qualified lead generation.

• Cost Per Lead (CPL) optimization.

• Lead-to-site-visit conversion.

• Campaign ROI/ROAS.

• Lead quality and sales feedback.

• Social media growth and engagement.

• Website traffic and conversion rate.

• Timely campaign execution and reporting.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience in lead generation/performance marketing.

• Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, remarketing, and analytics.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Ability to work with multiple teams and manage campaigns independently.

• Knowledge of Canva, basic creative tools, or content creation will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Real Estate / Property / PropTech / Real Estate Lead Generation is preferred.

• Candidates who have handled digital campaigns for residential or commercial real estate projects will have an advantage.

• Should be comfortable working from the office in Sector 132, Noida.

• Should have a performance-oriented mindset with a strong focus on measurable results.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
