Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Performance Marketer / Digital Marketer with hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. You will play a key role in driving high-quality leads, optimizing ad spends, and scaling campaigns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and cost-effective lead generation.
Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with the creative team.
Track KPIs like CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR (Click Through Rate), and Conversion Rates.
Analyze data and prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage retargeting and lookalike audiences for improved conversions.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing and paid lead generation.
Proven experience running successful campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creative mindset to collaborate on ad copies and creatives.
Good to Have:
Experience in CRM tools & lead nurturing funnels.
Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies.
