Performance Marketer

Performance Marketer / Digital Marketer with hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. You will play a key role in driving high-quality leads, optimizing ad spends, and scaling campaigns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and cost-effective lead generation.

• Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with the creative team.

• Track KPIs like CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR (Click Through Rate), and Conversion Rates.

• Analyze data and prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.

• Manage retargeting and lookalike audiences for improved conversions.

• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing and paid lead generation.

• Proven experience running successful campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies.

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Creative mindset to collaborate on ad copies and creatives.

Good to Have:

• Experience in CRM tools & lead nurturing funnels.

• Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies.

• Experience in running video ad campaigns.
