Job description:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate with a strong focus on lead generation through paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns while optimizing performance to maximize lead quality and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Generate high-quality leads through performance marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and ROI.
Manage and optimize the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
Good understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
