Job Title: SEO Executive (Work From Office)

Location: Pune

Department: Digital Marketing

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Work Mode: Work From Office Only

About the Role:-

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive to improve organic search visibility, website traffic, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with expertise in keyword research, website optimization, analytics, and SEO reporting.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and product/category pages for search engines.

• Improve meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL structures, and schema markup. Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance.

• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawl, indexing, and site health issues.

• Analyze data from Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC).

• Track and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile SEO performance.

• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO implementation.

• Monitor backlink profiles and competitor SEO strategies.

• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.

• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and AI search developments.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.

• Expertise in keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor research.

• Knowledge of schema markup, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, indexing, and crawlability.

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, website structures, and SEO best practices. Experience in content optimization, internal linking, and SEO reporting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in eCommerce SEO will be an added advantage.
