Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to drive B2B lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and managing marketing automation tools to generate qualified business leads.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
Develop compelling B2B content, including email campaigns, social media posts, blogs, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
Manage and optimize paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.
Handle marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, and lead nurturing workflows.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns for improved ROI.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and conversion.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
Manage the company's online presence across digital channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience in B2B marketing is mandatory.
Prior exposure to Fintech, BFSI, or SaaS industries is preferred.
Strong experience in LinkedIn marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and email campaigns.
Excellent content writing and copywriting skills for B2B audiences.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or a regional language is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
