Performance Marketer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Performance Marketer to manage, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns.

The candidate will take end-to-end ownership of the performance marketing funnel, including campaign strategy, paid advertising, lead generation, creative strategy, campaign optimization, lead quality, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

• Manage the complete performance marketing funnel from campaign creation to lead generation and conversion.

• Optimize campaigns for lead volume, CPL, lead quality, conversions, ROAS, and ROI.

• Monitor campaign performance regularly and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.

• Conduct continuous A/B testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, and campaign structures.

• Develop performance-focused creative strategies, including ad concepts, hooks, copy, messaging, and creative briefs.

• Coordinate with designers and video editors to develop high-performing ad creatives.

• Analyse landing pages and marketing funnels and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates.

• Work closely with the sales team to track lead quality and actual conversion performance, not just lead volume.

• Analyse campaign and CRM data to improve targeting, lead quality, and overall marketing efficiency.

• Track, analyse, and report key performance metrics while providing actionable insights.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Proven experience running lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.

• Strong understanding of CPL, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI.

• Experience with campaign tracking, analytics, retargeting, and funnel optimization.

• Strong understanding of performance creatives and consumer behaviour.

• Ability to independently analyse, optimize, and scale campaigns.

• Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on business outcomes and ROI.

• Experience in real estate or other high-ticket lead-generation businesses will be preferred.
