Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer with strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and real estate lead generation. The candidate should have experience in generating high-quality leads for luxury and premium properties and understand how to target the right audience for high-ticket real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for Facebook and Instagram.

• Generate quality leads for luxury and premium real estate projects.

• Create effective lead generation campaigns using Meta Lead Forms, Landing Pages, WhatsApp, and Website Conversion Campaigns.

• Identify and target the right audience based on location, demographics, interests, behaviour, income profile, and investment capacity.

• Create and manage Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, Retargeting, and Remarketing Campaigns.

• Test and optimize different ad creatives, videos, copies, headlines, CTAs, and audience segments.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPL, CPC, CPM, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.

• Work closely with the sales team to understand the quality and conversion potential of generated leads.

• Optimize campaigns based on site visits, meetings, bookings, and actual sales conversions.

• Manage advertising budgets and scale high-performing campaigns.

• Track and analyze campaign performance through Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion Tracking, and Analytics tools.

• Prepare regular campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations.

• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, algorithm updates, and real estate digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

• Proven experience in Real Estate Lead Generation.

• Experience in generating leads for Luxury / Premium / High-Ticket Properties will be preferred.

• Good understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising funnels.

• Knowledge of Audience Targeting, Retargeting, Lookalike Audiences, and Custom Audiences.

• Understanding of Meta Pixel and Conversion Tracking.

• Ability to analyze and improve lead quality, not just generate a high number of leads.

• Knowledge of Landing Pages, Lead Funnels, and CRM Integration.

• knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Are Looking For

The candidate should understand that in luxury real estate, the goal is not just to generate cheap leads but to generate genuine and high-intent buyers who have the potential to convert into site visits and sales.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who has previously handled digital marketing campaigns for luxury apartments, villas, premium properties, plots, or high-value real estate projects.
