Digital Marketing Executive

🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Executive to manage and scale organic traffic and revenue for our ecommerce platform dealing in medical equipment sales & rentals (hospital beds, CPAP/BiPAP, oxygen machines, wheelchairs, etc.).

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ecommerce SEO, with a focus on product ranking, category optimization, and lead generation.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🛒 Ecommerce SEO

• Optimize product & category pages for higher rankings and conversions

• Write & optimize SEO-friendly product descriptions (no duplicate content)

• Implement internal linking strategy across categories and products

• Handle filter URLs, canonical tags, and duplicate content issues

🔍 Keyword Research & Strategy

• Perform keyword research for transactional & high-intent keywords

• Identify opportunities like:

  • “oxygen concentrator on rent in Mumbai”

  • “CPAP machine price in India”

• Analyze competitors and implement ranking strategies

⚙️ Technical SEO

• Manage indexing, crawl errors, and site health using tools like
  Google Search Console

• Optimize website speed & Core Web Vitals

• Implement schema markup (Product, FAQ, Review)

• Fix broken links, redirects, and technical issues

📈 Content & Growth

• Plan and execute SEO blog strategy for organic traffic

• Create content around medical use-cases and product awareness

• Improve conversion rate (CRO) through SEO insights

🔗 Off-Page SEO

• Build high-quality backlinks from relevant websites

• Manage local SEO (Google Business Profile optimization)

• Increase brand visibility through SEO channels

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in SEO (preferably ecommerce)

• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

• Hands-on experience with tools like:

  • Google Analytics

  • Ahrefs / SEMrush

• Basic understanding of HTML, URLs, and website structure

• Ability to write or guide SEO content

• Data-driven mindset

⭐ Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in healthcare / medical ecommerce

• Knowledge of marketplace SEO (Amazon, Meesho)

• Experience with AI SEO tools / automation

• Understanding of local SEO for rentals
