Job Description – Digital Marketing Expert

Organization: Jazba Foundation Trust (Project: Shiksha Dharma)

Location: Delhi / Remote

Type: Part-Time / Contractual (6 Months, Renewable)

for students, parents, and teachers focusing on personality development, academic

excellence, and mental empowerment. Our mission is to help every individual reach their

Role Objective

To strengthen the organization's digital presence, increase engagement among students

and institutions, and build brand awareness through creative digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies

• Regular posting and promotion on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools

• Plan and monitor digital advertisements (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

• Manage website and email marketing activities

• Work on audience engagement and lead generation

• Prepare weekly reports and performance analysis

Eligibility / Requirements

• Graduate or undergraduate student (any discipline)

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media

• Experience with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics preferred

• Strong communication and creative thinking skills
