Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage daily content for Instagram, Facebook & YouTube

• Design engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives

• Write high-converting captions, ad copies, and product descriptions

• Handle social media calendar and posting schedule

• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) for lead generation

• Monitor page insights, engagement, reach, and campaign performance

• Coordinate with sales team for offers, campaigns & festive promotions

• Build brand awareness with premium & professional communication

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in Social Media Marketing

  • Strong knowledge of Instagram growth & Meta Ads Manager

  • Creative mindset with understanding of branding & design aesthetics

  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or similar tools

  • Good communication skills in Hindi + Basic English

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

  Preferred Candidate

  • Experience in healthcare / wellness / Ayurveda niche is a plus

  • Strong understanding of reels & viral content trends

  • Performance-driven approach (leads + sales focus)
