Job Description:

Flexsin Technologies is hiring an experienced Senior Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across digital channels for global customers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights
Manage website traffic, lead generation, and conversion optimization
Oversee content strategy in collaboration with creative teams
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools
Manage assigned projects and clients
Competitive and works well in a team environment.
Self-motivated and positive.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and AI similar tools is advantageous.

Academic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
3-4 years of experience in digital marketing
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media, and analytics tools
Excellent communication and project management skills
