Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Noida, Sector 63
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience. The candidate should be skilled in lead generation, social media management, and graphic designing, and capable of handling end-to-end digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital platforms

• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Create engaging graphics, posts, banners, and creatives for social media and ads

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results

• Handle content planning, posting schedules, and engagement

• Coordinate with sales team for lead quality and follow-ups

• Analyze digital marketing data and prepare basic performance reports

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing (2–3 years)

• Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies

• Hands-on experience in social media handling & marketing

• Good command over graphic designing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO & analytics

• Creative mindset with good communication skills

Preferred Candidate:

• Self-motivated and result-oriented

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

• Experience in handling both creative and performance marketing
