We are looking for a Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead proactive influencer onboarding for performance-driven campaigns.

• Optimize storefront results by pairing ideal influencers with matching brands.

• Direct product and brand integration within influencers' content.

• Manage quality, timelines, and expectations for influencers and internal teams.

• Strategize long-term influencer partnerships aligned with business goals.

• Partner with stakeholders to negotiate optimal terms and secure commercial/strategic deals with influencers.

• Track, analyze, and optimize influencer performance against storefront KPIs.

• Interpret data to uncover actionable insights.

• Perform campaign post-mortems, produce reports with key learnings, recommendations, and adjustments for ongoing improvement.

• Craft business growth and communication strategies while supporting clients in future campaign planning.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2+ years in influencer marketing.

• Proven expertise in negotiating influencer rates and contracts.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication.

• Skilled in sustaining remote professional relationships.

• Robust planning abilities: Outline clear, sequential steps from strategy to execution.

• Creative contributor across all campaigns and initiatives.

• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
