Job Overview

We are looking for highly motivated Digital Acquisition Specialists to join our team at JM Finance. The role involves acquiring new customers through Demat account opening and other financial products, with a focus on securities and stock market-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition for Demat accounts and other financial products.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Educate clients on stock market products, SEBI regulations, Nifty 50, Sensex, NSE, BSE, Intraday, and Trading.

• Meet sales targets and contribute to team performance.

• Maintain accurate sales and client interaction records.

• Stay updated on financial market trends and product knowledge.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• HSC / Graduate in any stream.

• 6 months – 1 year+ experience in:

  • Securities sales

  • Demat account opening

  • Stock market-related sales/operations

• Strong knowledge of SEBI, Nifty 50, Sensex, NSE, BSE, Intraday & Trading (mandatory).

• Good communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.

• Self-driven and target-oriented.
