• Qualification: Any Graduate

• Experience: Fresher or candidates with 6+ months of experience

• Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)

• Versant Score: 4 or 5

Work Details:

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Week Off: 1 rotational off

• Shift Timings:

  • Females: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Males: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Shift Type: Day Shift (No rotational or night shift)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls.

• Assist customers with order status, returns, refunds, delivery updates, and product inquiries.

• Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer concerns effectively.

• Maintain a professional tone and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Log and document all interactions in the CRM system.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

• Meet daily/weekly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, call quality, etc.).

• Adhere to process guidelines, company policies, and shift schedules.
