Job Summary
We are looking for a polite, responsible, and detail-oriented Customer Support & Billing Executive to manage customer calls, order coordination, billing, quotations, invoice preparation, and daily back-office support. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Attend customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and email enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and share product details, prices, and availability.
Prepare quotations, sales invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders.
Handle daily billing entries with accuracy.
Coordinate with the sales team for order confirmation and customer follow-up.
Check stock availability before confirming orders.
Coordinate with dispatch/courier/transport team for timely delivery.
Update customers about order status, delivery details, and payment status.
Maintain customer records, invoice records, and billing documents.
Follow up with customers for pending payments when required.
Handle customer complaints or issues politely and provide proper solutions.
Support accounts and operations team with GST invoice and payment details.
