Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a US Voice Process (Amazon Process). The role involves handling customer queries and providing effective solutions to US-based customers.

• Excellent English communication skills (Voice)

• Neutral/US accent preferred

• Good knowledge of US culture and common idioms

• Prior BPO/Customer Service experience is mandatory
