We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions across Health, Motor, and Life Insurance products.

This role requires strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and a customer-first mindset. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Health, Motor, and Life insurance products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Handle inquiries effectively and provide accurate product information.

• Maintain and update customer databases and call records.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) and Hindi (preferred).

• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance sales or telesales.

• Knowledge of Health, Motor, and Life insurance products.

• Demonstrated sales acumen and customer handling skills.
