The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.

2. Handle inbound customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.

3. Generate leads and follow up on prospects to convert them into customers.

4. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the system.

5. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

6. Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and performance goals.

7. Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues effectively.

8. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support business objectives.

9. Collect and report customer feedback to help improve the company’s offerings.

10. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
