Job Description – Telecaller & Form Filling Executive
Experience: Freshers to 3 Years
Timing: 9 AM- 6 PM
Working Days: 5.5 days
Industry: Education / EdTech / Banking Training
Key Responsibilities:
Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective students.
Explain banking & finance training programs.
Follow up with leads and generate admission enquiries.
Fill and maintain student forms and records.
Update lead status and candidate details in the system.
Coordinate with counsellors for admission closure.
Handle student queries and maintain daily calling reports.
Required Skills:
Good communication in English & Hindi.
Strong telecalling and convincing skills.
Basic computer and data-entry knowledge.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Eligibility:
Freshers to 3 years of experience can apply.
Telecalling, telesales, customer support, admissions, or lead generation experience is preferred.
