Job Description

We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an international voice process and possess excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international voice support.

• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customers.

• Assist customers with travel-related queries and requirements.

• Maintain professional communication and a high level of customer service.

• Manage customer interactions efficiently while meeting quality and performance standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO Voice Process.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

• Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.

• Candidates should be willing to work from Gurgaon.
