We are looking for a Telecaller + Sales Executive to join our security agency and help us grow our contract business.

💼 Job Role

Make calls to hotels, schools, societies, offices, hospitals, factories & other establishments to generate leads.

Visit potential clients personally and pitch our security guard & manpower services.

Identify decision-makers and arrange meetings.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into security contracts.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Achieve monthly sales and contract targets.

👤 Candidate Profile

Good communication and convincing skills (English + Hindi).

Comfortable with tele calling as well as field visits.

Sales/business development experience preferred.

Experience in security services, facility management, manpower supply or B2B sales will be an advantage.

Should be confident, energetic and target-oriented.
