We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat, understanding their queries, resolving issues and providing timely support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through online chat and support channels.

• Understand customer problems and provide accurate solutions.

• Assist customers with ticket/service-related queries.

• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

• Follow company processes and customer support guidelines.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

• Ensure a positive customer experience and timely resolution of issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Good typing and computer skills.

• Customer-friendly attitude and patience.

• Ability to understand problems and provide solutions.

• Basic knowledge of internet, email and chat applications.

• Freshers can apply.

• Previous customer support/chat support experience will be an advantage.
