Tele Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagement: Manage inbound and assigned outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, website enquiries, campaigns, and referrals.

• Customer consultation support: Understand each customer’s concern and explain relevant consultations, reports, memberships, and approved products.

• Data accuracy: Collect and verify birth details, contact information, and consent, while maintaining complete CRM records.

• Booking coordination: Coordinate astrologer availability, bookings, payments, reminders, rescheduling, and service hand-offs.

• Follow-up and conversion: Follow up on incomplete registrations and payments, and support repeat consultations, referrals, and appropriate cross-selling.

• Performance tracking: Track daily calls, leads, bookings, realised revenue, pending follow-ups, and customer escalations.
