Team Leader – Operations

About the Role

Jaagruk Bharat is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Operations to lead our Support and Sales teams. The ideal candidate should have prior BPO experience, strong leadership abilities, and a startup mindset to drive team performance, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Support and Sales teams.

• Supervise inbound and outbound calling, lead management, and chat support processes.

• Monitor individual and team performance to ensure productivity and target achievement.

• Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and training sessions to improve team performance.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and effective resolution of customer queries.

• Track operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Maintain adherence to company processes, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

• Motivate the team to achieve business objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• 1–3 years of experience in BPO Operations with at least 1 year of team handling experience.

• Experience in Customer Support, Sales Operations, or Contact Center processes.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.

• Must own a PC/Laptop with a stable internet connection for hybrid/remote work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
