*Job Title:* Business Development Executive - Recruitment | WFH | Target Based

*Location:* Work From Home - Pan India

*Experience:* 6 months to 6Year | Fresher are also Welcome for Internships

*Salary:* OPEN BUDGET BUT TARGET BASED PLUS INCENTIVE

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Understand client requirements for IT & Non-IT roles

2. Source candidates from LinkedIn, Indeed, Referrals and other portals

3. Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews

4. Coordinate with clients for interviews and feedback

5. Drive the hiring process from candidate onboarding to till invoicing.

6. Achieve monthly hiring targets

7. Maintain daily reports and candidate tracker

*Requirements:*

1. Excellent communication in Hindi + English

2. Self-motivated, target-driven and hungry to learn

3. Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and Job Portals

4. Laptop + Stable Internet Connection Mandatory
